Please add the Name Column to represent what discovery credentials are using. Oftentimes the Hostname does not give proper detail to understand which device you are looking at. Is just fine Hostname is there, but definitely need the Name column added. Also, it could use a last scanned date time stamp column.

Vulnerabilities in PSA ticketing grouped by application instead of product to reduce redundancy and streamline remediation.

More and More Vul scanning applicating like Connect Secure are adding penetration testing as a feature (automated). It would be beneficial to add this also to Connect Secure. Not only as an important feature, but also people may move to other applications that have it included along with the vul scanning.

TOPdesk has an extensive API for ticket creation. This was already requested earlier, but seems to have been removed for some unclear reason.

We want the Let's Encrypt SSL provider added to the Custom Domain settings under the Global Settings.

Currently, there is only a one-way sync: when a ticket is created in Connect Secure, it generates a corresponding ticket in PSA. However, if a ticket is closed in PSA while the vulnerability remains unresolved, can the system reissue a new ticket in PSA? This would help us stay on top of compliance management.
