I would also like to be able to filter by specific OS - we can currently select the "Filter By: OS" option but that reports on ALL OS.

Alternatively, to filter based on "importance" or tags would accomplish the same

example: We address workstation vulnerabilities on a periodic basis, but we want to be alerted if something is found on a server or a firewall

Our organization and clients need this
