Currently the manual compliance items that you upload are not visible in a report or the tool itself. To add, neither the values or comments that you input when uploading evidence are visible. There is no way to see this , could this perhaps be re done in a reporting aspect or make the Manual Compliance more visible with these attributes in that tab?
