Reporting and Dashboards

It would be nice if we are able to get Date and Time on the Job Details in the DashBoard. That will allow us to see when it failed.

The remediation plan spreadsheet that can be downloaded from the Assets > Solutions menu is not available as a standard report. All of the Remediation Plans reports add information, change the information presented, or complicate the format. Manually generating this spreadsheet is the only way to get the information presented in that menu in this specific format.

There is a Word version of the report but having it in Excel is being requested by my clients.

Requesting the option to choose how tables are sorted in DOCX reports when they are created. For example, the Pending Remediation Summary in the Consolidated Summary report is sorted randomly. I would like to see the option to sort by number of critical vulnerabilities or product name.

Having a hard time with methods for creating tickets. its very messy. I would like to propose an option for creating tickets using reports. This would allow for all vulns to be captured for a single company in a single report and create a single ticket for remediation.

The CVE Remediation report has been modified recently to group CVEs by product. Since all CVEs are now grouped in the same field, the report can no longer be utilized to prioritize remediation by the CVE ID. There is no other single view report that provides the level of detail that this report formerly contained. Per Support, "The CVE Remediation Report format has been updated to provide more complete vulnerability information in a single view. Earlier, we displayed each CVE affecting a product in separate rows, which resulted in a large number of rows being used. To optimize this, we have made an improvement where all CVEs related to a specific product are now listed within the same row. This helps reduce the overall number of rows and makes the data easier to view."
