Approving common application patches like Chrome and Firefox across every single organization is tedious and time consuming. It would simplify things considerably if we could approve for all organizations.

Though the KB's and patches as of right now are excellent, the ability for a lot of partners to be able to upgrade machine's feature versions would be extremely beneficial!

other RMMs can have certain applications set to uninstall or install when presence is seen or not. I think this is a missed opportunity when trying to move patching to a central portal For instance i want firefox installed on all agents at a company when not seen or i want any instances of chrome uninstalled when found.

We want to add in our patching repo

This could be useful because certain machines could be designated by default with tags when enrolled in Connectsecure to be a "pilot machine"

During patching, I am unsure of where the progress is out. If we could have STDOUT available to see where the script/update/task is currently at to verify if it is stuck or currently still in progress that'd be great!

add zoom to the supported patch

We often find ourselves going back and forth between ConnectSecure and our RMM tools to remove unwanted or deprecated products. Eg old .Net or C++ installations etc. It would be a huge time saver to work within the Solutions tab and have an Action to uninstall end of life apps.

The current Excel patching report contains a large number of assets, making it difficult to quickly assess the overall patch compliance and deployment status. We would like to request a summary reporting feature that provides a consolidated view of the patching status. The summary should include the following information: Overall patch compliance percentage Total number of assets Number of successfully patched assets Number of pending/unpatched assets Patch deployment progress (percentage) Number of failed patch deployments Details of missing or failed patches Summary based on operating system, if available Patch deployment trend/history (optional) This enhancement would significantly improve the efficiency of monitoring patch deployment, enable quicker management reporting, and simplify compliance tracking without the need to manually analyze large Excel reports.
