The remediation plan spreadsheet that can be downloaded from the Assets > Solutions menu is not available as a standard report. All of the Remediation Plans reports add information, change the information presented, or complicate the format. Manually generating this spreadsheet is the only way to get the information presented in that menu in this specific format.
