Set Default Dashboard

I would like the ability to set a specific dashboard as the default at the global and company levels per admin. That way I don't have to keep changing the view each time I go between companies or the global level. I also understand the dashboards I want to see will not be the ones everyone else wants to see. So it would be best to allow admins to be able to set their own defaults. I don't need a separate default dashboard for each separate company.

Add a search for 'System Events' & export to CSV

System Events data is accessed via company view > metrics. Currently you can filter start data and end date. Scenario: I want to see only events titled “a user account was created”, or see all alerts for a specific hostname. Not sure if best way to implement this would be text field, or a dropdown to filter by the various categories of events. Ability to export to CSV would be good too.
